Commercial LPG Cylinder Rates:-Oil marketing companies (OMCs) have once again revised the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders, just ahead of major Indian festivals like Dussehra and Diwali. The price for a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 48.50, and the cost of a 5 kg Free Trade LPG cylinder has gone up by Rs 12. Despite these hikes, the prices of domestic LPG cylinders remain unchanged, with the 14 kg cylinder still priced at Rs 803.
This marks the second consecutive price hike. In September, the price of the 19 kg commercial cylinder had already been raised by Rs 39, bringing it to Rs 1,691.50.
The price adjustments for LPG cylinders are made at the start of each month by major oil companies such as Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL). These revisions are influenced by global oil prices, exchange rates, and the dynamics of supply and demand.
